Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Our formulas are made with plant-derived ingredients and essential oils, and they're free from ammonia, chlorine, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, artificial colorants, phosphates, and petroleum distillates. That said, cleaning products aren't meant to be ingested. Keep them out of reach of children and pets, and avoid eye contact. If product gets in eyes, rinse with water.
Do you test on animals?
Never have, never will. We're cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified.
What makes your scents different?
They're inspired by gardens, not labs. Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Basil, Iowa Pine — these are scents that smell like something real, not a chemical approximation. We use essential oils and other thoughtfully chosen ingredients to create fragrances that actually make cleaning feel less like a chore.
Are your products biodegradable?
Yes. Our formulas are biodegradable, and our bottles are made with at least 30% post-consumer plastic (minus the cap).
Which products are right for my home?
It depends on what you're cleaning. Hand soap for sinks, dish soap for dishes, multi-surface cleaner for counters and floors, laundry detergent for clothes, and room fresheners and candles for ambiance. Can I use your multi-surface cleaner on hardwood floors?
Yes. It's safe for hardwood, tile, countertops, walls, and more. Just follow the directions on the bottle.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is 3–7 business days after that. Expedited options are available at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $29.
What's your return policy?
60 days from original purchase for unused items in original condition. Limited-edition and discontinued products are final sale. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take photos, contact us within 7 days, and we'll send a replacement or refund. Your choice.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Contact us ASAP. Once it's in transit, you'd need to go through our returns process after it arrives.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or wholesale?

How should I store my products?
Cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep water out of the bottle. Pretty standard stuff.
Are your bottles recyclable?
The bottles are recyclable — just remove the pumps and caps first, since those aren't accepted in most curbside programs. We're actively working on packaging improvements and have made strides with recycled content and refill options.
Something's not working for my home. What now?
Cleaning products aren't one-size-fits-all. A scent that works for your neighbor might not be your thing. Contact us and we'll help you find something better suited. We're not here to make a quick sale — we want you to actually enjoy what you're using.
