About Us

We didn't set out to reinvent cleaning. We set out to make it something you don't dread.

The idea came from a simple frustration: why should taking care of your home mean breathing in harsh fumes and staring at ugly bottles? Why does "effective" have to mean " unpleasant"? We figured there had to be a better way — products that actually work, that smell like something you'd want in your space, and that you don't have to hide under the sink when guests come over.

So we built a brand around a pretty straightforward belief: cleaning should feel good. Not just the result, but the process. The scent that lingers after you wipe down the counter. The way your hands feel after washing dishes. The little moment of calm when you walk into a room that smells like fresh herbs instead of chemicals.

Our products are made with plant-derived ingredients, essential oils, and other thoughtfully chosen stuff. We're talking coconut, corn, soy, olive — renewable resources that do the heavy lifting without the harshness. Every formula is free from ammonia, chlorine, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, artificial colorants, phosphates, and petroleum distillates. We also don't test on animals, and we're Leaping Bunny certified. That's not a marketing line. It's just how we operate.

We're probably best known for our scents. Lavender that actually smells like lavender — clean, floral, calming. Lemon Verbena with that bright, citrusy lift. Basil, which sounds weird until you smell it, and then you get it. Iowa Pine for the holidays. We've got a whole lineup, and each one is designed to bring a little bit of the garden inside. Because here's the thing: you have to clean. You might as well enjoy the smell while you're doing it.

We make everything from hand soap and dish soap to multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, room fresheners, and candles. The formulas are biodegradable, the packaging is recyclable (minus pumps and caps), and a lot of our bottles use post-consumer recycled plastic. We're not perfect, but we're constantly working on getting better — sourcing responsibly, reducing waste, and being honest about where we are and where we're headed.

What ties it all together is a simple idea: the garden can teach us something. Patience. Care. The value of doing things the right way instead of the fast way. We try to bring that same energy to everything we make. No shortcuts, no greenwashing, no pretending we're something we're not.

We're just a brand that thinks your home should smell amazing and your cleaning products shouldn't require a warning label. If that sounds like your kind of thing, welcome. We're glad you're here.
